Offset Conveyors

The Model "TO" is a heavy-duty chain driven conveyor which features (2) 45-degree curves. These, combined with the drive and idler ends, produce a unit which allows products to be side transferred, blended into a parallel line, or fed from several lines into a main process line. A washdown model is also available.

Specifications

CHAIN - Acetal thermoplastic flat-top chain with stainless steel pins. Chain widths are 3/4" smaller than conveyor body width. "J"-leg UHMW wear strips to reduce friction wear on chain. Also available in stainless steel.

FLOOR SUPPORTS - H-Style plated angle legs with adjustable foot pads come standard with each drive end and idler end package. (Additional supports included with center sections and offsets where required) Additional legs and other styles available.

END CAPS - Adjustable stainless steel guards and deadplate brackets.

BODY - Sides are 9" high by 2' long for cantenary drive ends and 6" high by 2' long for idler ends. 45° curve sections are 6" high and have 24" radius on center. Made from heavy gauge steel with painted or stainless finish.

RAILS - "Super Glide" rails, made of UHMW encased in stainless steel and assembled (2) rails high per side. Also available 1" high "Super Glide" rails.

RAIL BRACKETS - 2 piece plastic adjustable rail brackets. Universal and other rail brackets are available.

DRIVE - Variable speed 120 VAC / 90 DC with controllers. Fixed speed and variable speed AC motors available. Higher HP, washdown, and explosion proof motors offered - call for rating and quotes.
