Mat Style Conveyor

The Model "MS" is a heavy-duty conveyor which features a wide body and modular plastic belting. Very versatile, this model utilizes a variety of belt materials and surfaces. Depending on the application, it can move many different product shapes and sizes. A washdown unit is available for packaged food handling.

Specifications

CHAIN - 38% open flush grid modular plastic belting with plastic pins. Pitch is 1.5" and chain is .344" thick. Variety of material widths and colors available.

FLOOR SUPPORTS - H-style plated angle legs with adjustable foot pads come standard with each drive and idler end package. (Additional supports included with center sections where required.) Additional legs and other styles available.

END CAPS - Adjustable stainless steel guards are drilled and tapped for deadplate brackets.

BODY - Sides are 9" high by required foot length. Made from heavy gauge steel with painted or stainless finish. "L" channel design. Stainless steel sides in brushed matte finish are available.

RAILS - "Super Glide" rails, made of UHMW encased in stainless steel and assembled (2) rails high per side. Also available 1" high "Super Glide" rails.

RAIL BRACKETS - 2 piece plastic adjustable rail brackets. Universal and other rail brackets are available.

DRIVE - Variable speed 120 VAC / 90 DC with controllers. Fixed speed and variable speed AC motors available. Higher HP, washdown, and explosion proof motors offered - call for rating and quotes.
