Bi-Directional Accumulating Table

The Model "BD" is a self-loading and self-emptying accumulator. Built of heavy-duty steel with either painted or stainless finish. Excellent piece of equipment for absorbing downstream interruption without causing upstream delays. Entrance and exit gate locations customized to meet specific layout and application requirements.

Specifications

CHAIN - 38% open flush grid plastic modular plastic belt with plastic pins. Pitch is 1.5" and belt is .344" thick. Belt comes standard in grey polypropylene. Acetal thermoplastic and polyethylene materials are available. Solid or greater percent open belting is also offered. Raised rib design with combed deadplates available for end discharge. Belting comes in optional colors of blue and white, depending on material.

TABLE SUPPORTS - Mild steel painted 1-1/2" welded square tube frame includes leveler pad supports. Additional supports or different fabrication available. Caster mount bases available.

END CAPS - Adjustable stainless steel guards are drilled and tapped for deadplate mounting.

BODY - Sides are 9" high by required foot length. Made from heavy gauge steel with painted or stainless finish. "L" channel design.

GUIDES - Flat stainless steel rails to guide products around table. Air controlled modulator arm for directing products around to outside of table.

DRIVE - Variable speed 120 VAC / 90 DC with controllers. Call for table capacities and load restrictions. Fixed speed and variable speed AC motors available. Higher HP, washdown, and explosion proof motors offered - call for rating and quotes.
